I love kicking... but as I got older, kicking became harder... and more painful! Is it possible to keep kicking into old age without hurting your knees, hips, and back?

YES! You can!

In this course, I'll share the tips and drills that help me maintain my balance, strength, and flexibility. I think they'll help you, too!

In Class #1 [57 min.], we'll build the foundation for faster, stronger kicks without throwing any kicks! We'll also discuss the powerful concept of "kime" and how it applies to success on and off the mats.

In Class #2 [53 min.], we'll keep building the foundation for all kicks by breaking down the front and back kick in theory and in motion. We'll also discuss how training can be used as a way to "reveal and heal" yourself.

In Class #3 [1 hr], get ready to throw a LOT of kicks! Applying the drills from Class #1 and #2, we'll practice 12 kicks and 5 combos with a focus on practical self-defense. Grab a water bottle and towel for this one!
