In this course, I'll share my best advice for getting the most out of training as a mature martial artist. First, I'll present 93 minutes of information and demonstration on:

Balance and Flexibility | Strategy and Footwork | Speed, Strength, and Power | Blocking, Punching, and Kicking | Practice Habits

Next, we'll put those ideas into action with two FULL workouts (45 and 55 minutes) that will keep you sweating... and thinking.

That's 3 hours of training for less than a private lesson. Plus, I typed up a Cheat Sheet (PDF) to help you quickly review the material.

So, don't let old age stop you from being your best. Keep fighting over 50... and beyond!
