QiGong for Self-Defense
QiGong can appear mystical or magical... but it can also be practical! Yes, even for Self-Defense!
In this 1-hour QiGong class, I share simple (but not easy!) exercises to help connect your mind and body through your breath. I'll also show you how to apply these exercises to your martial arts techniques, no matter what style you do.
To be clear, you may see QiGong applied to healing, spirituality, and vitality. You may also hear teachers talk about “life force” or “energy flow”... I DON'T!
In this class, my only focus is to take control of your breath and help you be your best in everything you do.
